Set Up Notifications for Online Bookings

  1. Go to System Setup on the main menu.
  2. Click the Online Booking tab at the top.
  3. Select the Notifications section.
  4. Select whether a successful booking notifies Clients and/or Employees via Email.
  5. Select whether a successful booking notifies Clients and/or Employees via Text.
    Note: Clients who sign up for thier first ever visit through online booking will not recieve a text message. Their client file and phone number need to be confirmed first.
  6. Select the template from the dropdown for your Emails. It should automatically be set to the Default Template. If you want to learn how to make a custom template, you can find that information here.
