Promotions Report #

Select the promotion you want to view. Within the promotion date range, you can select the dates you want to view.

The Summary view will show an overview of the sales statistics for the selected promotion, while the detail view will show a breakdown per client.

If the client prebooked for their appointment, they will have a checkmark.

The Comparison option allows you to compare a typical period of time to the promotion period. This allows you to gauge how much the promotion impacted sales.

Year-over-Year will compare the sales from the same dates the previous year, to sales in the promotion dates this year.
Previous period will compare the selected date range against the same number of days immediately before the selected date range. As an example, this would allow you to compare a 5 day product promotion, to the 5 days before the promotion started.
Custom will allow you to choose your own dates to compare to.

Under Additional Filters, you can select which locations you want to view if you have more than one. If you only have one, you will not see this button.

Promotions Client Quality report #

This report allows you to compare totals for clients who participated in the promotion, versus those who paid full price.

The Mixed line is for clients who received the promotion on some visits but not others.
Click the Detail option to view individual clients.
