- Go to System Setup on the main menu.
- Click the Online Booking tab at the top.
- Select the Notifications section.
- Select whether a successful booking notifies Clients and/or Employees via Email.
- Select whether a successful booking notifies Clients and/or Employees via Text.
Note: Clients who sign up for thier first ever visit through online booking will not recieve a text message. Their client file and phone number need to be confirmed first. - Select the template from the dropdown for your Emails. It should automatically be set to the Default Template.
