How to make an employee eligible/able to perform a single service #

If this isn’t done for an employee, and you attempt to book a service under their column they are not eligible for you will see a message that says “Selected employee is not eligible to perform this service”

To make them eligible:

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Click on the Employee’s file.
  3. Click the Service Eligibility tab at the top of the screen.
  4. Find the service.
  5. Click on the toggle to enable their eligibility for that service.
  6. Click Save.

How to make an employee eligible/able to perform multiple services at once #

If this isn’t done for an employee, and you attempt to book a service under their column they are not eligible for you will see a message that says “Selected employee is not eligible to perform this service”

To make them eligible:

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Click on the Employee’s file.
  3. Click the Service Eligibility tab at the top of the screen.
  4. Click Select All. (This can be narrowed down using the category filter under Show Options)
  5. Under Set All Service Eligibilities, click Eligible.
  6. Click Save.

How to copy the eligibility from a similar employee #

If this isn’t done for an employee, and you attempt to book a service under their column they are not eligible for you will see a message that says “Selected employee is not eligible to perform this service”

To make them eligible:

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Click on the Employee’s file.
  3. Click the Service Eligibility tab at the top of the screen.
  4. Click Copy
  5. Select the Employee from the drop-down list to copy from, and whether you want to copy booking times and prices as well.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Click Copy Employee Services.
  8. Click Save.
