Create a Series #
- Go to Services in the main menu.
- Click on Series in the sub-menu.
- Click Add New.
- Enter a name for your series.
- (Optional) Enter or generate a barcode for your series.
- Select the services(s) that can be redeemed for the purchased series by checking the box next to each redeemable service.
- Set the total quantity of the selected services that the series will include.
- Set the price of the series, in reference to the calculated price based on the services selected.
- (Optional) Set up redemption limits. This can limit a series to only be used so many times in a specific period. This can be useful for services that may need recovery time.
- Click Save.
Edit a Series #
- Go to Services in the main menu.
- Click on Series in the sub-menu.
- Click on the series you want to edit.
- Make the desired adjustments.
- Click Save.
Delete a Series #
- Go to Services in the main menu.
- Click on Series in the sub-menu.
- Click on the series you want to delete.
- Click Deactivate, then Deactivate again to confirm.
Note: Deactivated Series will still exist in all reports for the date range in which it was active and sold.
Sell a Series #
- Go to Sales in the main menu.
- Click Add New to create a new invoice.
- Choose the Client you are selling a series to.
- Choose the Employee assigned to the series sale.
- Click the Series option at the top-right.
- Click on the Series you are trying to sell.
- Click Pay.
- Add the payment method(s) and amount.
- Click Finish.
Refund a Series #
- Go to Sales in the main menu.
- Click Add New to create a new invoice.
- Choose the Client you are refunding a series to.
- Choose the Employee assigned to the series refund.
- Click the triple-dot menu button.
- Click Issue Refund.
- Click the Series option at the top-right.
- Click on the Series you are trying to refund.
- Click Pay.
- Add the payment method(s) and amount.
- Click Finish.
