Creating a Package #
- Go to Services.
- Click on Packages.
- Click Add New.
- Type in a name for the package.
- Select any services that will be included in the package in the Services drop-down on the right-hand side, clicking Add after each selection.
- Select any products that will be included in the package in the Products drop-down on the right-hand side, clicking Add after each selection.
- After everything is added, the Value field to the left will show the calculated value or regular price of all items combined, which can be helpful when decided how to price the package.
- Enter your preferred price for the package inthe Price field.
- The Discount field will show the percentage you are discounting with your preferred price.
- (Optional) Enter or generate a barcode for the package.
- Set whether the package can be booked online and whether a credit card is required to do so.
- Click Save.
Copying a Package #
- Go to Services.
- Click on Packages.
- Select the package you want to copy to a new package.
- Click Duplicate button.
- Type in a name for the new package.
- Make any adjustments that may be required.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Package #
- Go to Services.
- Click on Packages.
- Select the package you want to deactivate.
- Click the Deactivate button.
- Click the Deactivate button again to confirm.
Booking a Package #
- Go to the Appointments area.
- Click Book Packages on the left side.
- Select the client who the package will be booked for.
- Select the package from the drop-down.
- Assign any requested employees to each service (if applicable). If left default, it will book each service in the package with the least utilized employee for the timeframe.
- Click Next.
- Set the preferred date range.
- Select the preferred date and time.
- Click Next.
- Set the appointment confirmation preferences.
- Type in any notes required for the package.
- Click Next.
- Confirm that the appointments are all booked with the proper employees at ideal times.
- Click Book to finalize.
