Count Deck is a utility meant to help you do a manual product inventory count. This utility can be used on a computer or a mobile device to help you count your inventory.
- Go to Utilities.
- Click on Count Deck.
- Choose to view retail products, professional products, or both.
- On a mobile device, click on Scan Barcode to use your device’s camera to scan each product into inventory.
Search Options
Search And Increment: each time you scan a product’s barcode, one unit will be added to the on hand amount for the product scanned.
NOTE: In this mode, it is important to specify retail or professional so the proper on hand amount is effected.
Search: The system will find the product, then will wait for you to type in the on hand amount.
Once you have adjusted all of the on hand amounts, click Save.
