Add a Client to the List #
- Go to the Appointment Book.
- Click on Cancellation List.
- Click Add New.
- Select the client.
- Set the dates they would like to book for.
- Set the times they would prefer, if no preference you can check All Day.
- Select the service they want.
- Select their preferred employee, if applicable.
- Click Save.
Check for Openings #
By default, if you click on a date in the calendar, the cancellation list feature will check for any openings for you, and notify you with a red dot on the Cancellation List menu item.
You can also check per client, based on their initial preferences, by following these steps:
- Go to the Appointment Book.
- Click on Cancellation List.
- Click the 3 dot icon on the right of any entry in the cancellation list.
- Click Check Availability.
- If any spots are available, it will allow you to select the date, time, and employee at this time.
