Cancellation List

Add a Client to the List #

  1. Go to the Appointment Book.
  2. Click on Cancellation List.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Select the client.
  5. Set the dates they would like to book for.
  6. Set the times they would prefer, if no preference you can check All Day.
  7. Select the service they want.
  8. Select their preferred employee, if applicable.
  9. Click Save.

Check for Openings #

By default, if you click on a date in the calendar, the cancellation list feature will check for any openings for you, and notify you with a red dot on the Cancellation List menu item.

You can also check per client, based on their initial preferences, by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Appointment Book.
  2. Click on Cancellation List.
  3. Click the 3 dot icon on the right of any entry in the cancellation list.
  4. Click Check Availability.
  5. If any spots are available, it will allow you to select the date, time, and employee at this time.
