There is no contract to sign with Encore and you are free to cancel at any time.

Encore is priced based on the size of your business meaning how many service providers you have currently working.  If the service provider needs a column on the appointment book and / or gets paid any commission, they would count.

It is super easy to switch from your existing software to Encore Salon Management Software.  Simply email us your files in an Excel format and we will import them into Encore.  If you are unsure how to export files from your current software, contact your salon software’s customer service for help.

Actions we have taken to make it as secure as possible

  • All data is stored securely on our servers
  • All data is isolated per company
  • All traffic is transmitted via HTTPS using SSL
  • We use industry best practices to store sensitive information and mitigate common attacks
  • We enforce secure passwords to access the system, also while requiring user PINs to perform actions

We provide unlimited support and you can call us anytime.  Our support number is 1-800-805-4532.  We also provide an Encore Knowledgebase and Youtube Videos you can access at any time.

In the unlikely event that your internet goes down, you will still be able to log into Encore from your phone or tablet using your mobile data. You will be able to see your columns, make appointments as well as check your clients in and out and take payments. If your computer has wi-fi you could create a wi-fi hotspot on your mobile device and use your Encore Salon Software on your computer as normal.

Encore is designed to run on a variety of different devices. By no means do you need an ultra high-end system to run our software.  Encore will work on PC’s (Windows and Mac) as well as tablets and phones.
