Clear cookies on your browser #
Assuming your internet is up, the most likely cause of errors like this is corrupt/broken temporary files. To fix this, follow the steps related to your chosen browser.
Google Chrome #
- Log out of encore.
- Click on the lock symbol next to the encore website.
- Click on Cookies.
- Click Remove and Done.
- Log in to encore.
Microsoft Edge #
- Log out of encore.
- Click the lock symbol by the encore website URL.
- Click on Cookies.
- Click Remove then Done.
- Log back in to encore.
Firefox #
- Log out of encore.
- Click the lock symbol next to the encore website URL.
- Click Clear Cookies and Site Data…
- Click Remove.
- Log back in to encore.
